Overwhelmed by the escalating horrors and pressures of fame, Skye is forced to confront her past
Line of Events
As her world tour approaches, global pop sensation Skye Riley begins experiencing increasingly horrific and inexplicable events. Kyle Gallner is the only actor so far to reprise his role from the first film. In one scene, Skye places a VOSS water bottle on a stone/marble kitchen counter and a sound is heard that resembles the sound of something plastic being placed on it.

VOSS water bottles are made of glass, which is actually highlighted in the film, so the audio doesn’t match the action shown. Skye Riley: [to the Smiling Entity] You’re not in control, I am! We still don’t know the origin of this entity, its history, or its background, which leads to unanswered questions.
Naomi Scott does a great job in her role
The ending leaves more questions unanswered and if there is a disease there must be a cure. If you watch the film you will understand what I mean about the ending which did not satisfy me at all. As for the film as a whole it is better than the original.
She could not have been better cast in this role
It is just moving to watch the film with her. This is a different kind of horror that slowly and gradually builds up to scenes that will throw you off guard, surprise you and then shock you. It is much better than expected, quite scary and crazy.
Naomi should do more horror films as her acting in this genre is now unmatched
I always wonder why such terrible actors do horror films that lead to a terrible outcome…
